2. Preferred hand grips bat above non-preferred hand.

3. Stand side-on to the target.

4. Bat starts behind shoulder.

5. Step towards target with opposite foot.

6. Hips rotate, then shoulders.

7. Ball contact made with straight or almost straight arms.

8. Follow through with bat around body.
